Dorcas Home Care Initiative

Dorcas Home Care Initiative based in Madale, Wazo ward, Kinondoni Municipality in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, is a beacon of hope dedicated to supporting children with cerebral palsy. 

Inspired by the story of Dorcas, a cerebral palsy young survivor, the organization provides specialized care, therapy, and essential resources for children with similar conditions. We aim to ensure dignity, health, and inclusion in society while addressing the stigma and challenges faced by affected families. 

Dorcas Home Care Initiative, is a registered organization with mandate to operate in Tanzania mainland, dedicated to be a game changer to raise the voices of marginalized children living with cerebral palsy, empowering families, mothers and help these children realize their full potential
